Bysmart is a brand owned by Arken S.p.A. The production site is located in Ferentino (FR) in via Stazione 182 (near the Ferentino motorway exit), where you can also find our Showroom.

The furniture is to be assembled, but following our instructions it will be very simple. If, on the other hand, you prefer to receive them already assembled, you can request our assembly service with your order.

Yes, the material chosen for the production of the furniture has been selected by selecting suppliers who value environmental sustainability.

The material is purchased from FSC and PEFC certified suppliers.

Bysmart furniture is covered by a 24-month warranty, starting from the delivery date of the product.

For all of us, safety is the most important thing. To avoid tipping over and unpleasant accidents Bysmart invites its customers to fix the furniture to the wall.

Bysmart chooses the ennobled wooden panel for the creation of its products, selecting and supporting suppliers who attach particular importance to environmental sustainability.

Of course, it is possible to request a design modification of the piece of furniture, as long as it does not compromise its stability.

The goods are carefully prepared and packaged in the company and then entrusted to different couriers based on the place where the goods are sent. Delivery times are indicated in the product sheet and are summarized before confirming the order.

The charge of the amount depends on the payment method chosen. In the case of credit card or PayPal it is immediate, in other cases the amount will be charged after the necessary checks.

Bysmart offers you the possibility to divide the payment into small installments through the Soisy payment system.

Absolutely yes. You will be able to have the tracking of your order under control.

If the order has not yet been shipped, you can modify it by telephone by contacting our customer service, from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:30, on the number 0775 39 20 12 , or by sending us an email at info@bysmart.it indicating the order number.

When the package arrives, we ask you to check with the utmost care that the packaging is intact and that there is no damage.

In the event that the packaging is damaged, you can accept the goods by signing with reserve. Or you will decide to accept the package, but you will sign with the reserve of checking the package which is open / damaged / dented / missing.

Once the package is opened, if the goods are damaged, send us an email to info@bysmart.it complete with documentation showing the damaged goods. Arken S.p.A will initiate a procedure for the replacement of the goods.

If the package is completely open and the goods inside are evidently damaged, do not accept the package and contact us.

Yes, it is possible to return the goods. You will need to send an email to info@bysmart.it indicating the order number, the date and all the details relating to the order.

It may happen that the transaction made to buy your furniture is not successful, the reasons why this happens can be different:

– incorrect card number
– wrong expiration date
– exceeding the spending limit
– address relating to the payment method different from that relating to the bank of the credit card

If you are a private individual, just have your tax code ready.
